International patients are admitted after review of their medical documents, confirmation of the hospital's ability to provide the required service, and coordination with the treating physician. The patient is required to accurately provide their medical information, medical history, current medications, and diagnostic documents. Medical services are provided in accordance with professional medical standards, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the regulations of the Ministry of Health. Before treatment begins, the proposed treatment plan and an initial cost estimate (Proforma Invoice) will be provided to the patient or their companion. Treatment costs are calculated based on approved tariffs and the actual services provided, and are recorded in the final invoice. Any possible changes in costs resulting from the patient's clinical condition or new diagnostic or therapeutic services will be carried out after the patient has been informed. International patients have the right to receive transparent information about the treatment process, costs, risks, and treatment options. The patient's medical and personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with confidentiality laws. If needed, translation services, accommodation coordination, transportation, and welfare services will be provided in accordance with the hospital's regulations. * After discharge, a summary of the medical file and follow-up treatment recommendations will be provided to the patient.
