Please read the following steps and guidance before booking an appointment or visiting Al Mohamad Medical Center.
How to book an appointment online
In the website’s top menu, open “Online Services” and select “Clinic Appointments.”
Search for your doctor by name, date or specialty.
Select the doctor, appointment date and then a time slot.
Enter the patient’s full and accurate details.
Select “Confirm and Pay” and pay the deposit. After payment, you will receive a text message confirming your appointment reservation.
Before your visit
Opening hours and arrival time
The clinic is open every day except holidays, from 07:00 to 20:00. You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Patient details and identification
Book the appointment using the patient’s own details and bring the patient’s original identification document. If the registered details are incorrect, they can be corrected upon presentation of the patient’s identification.
Deposit and consultation fee
Online booking requires a deposit; the full consultation fee, which depends on insurance coverage or the self-pay rate, is not collected online. Please bring the patient’s original ID card to the clinic’s payment desk when you arrive.
Appointment cancellation if the doctor is absent
If the doctor is absent, the clinic secretary will cancel the appointment and call the telephone number registered with reception. To receive a refund of the deposit, please visit the clinic’s payment desk in person.
